As a recent masters graduate, I was looking for a career opportunity in the competitive healthcare environment that would enable me to strengthen my leadership and professional skills. The CID Administrative Fellowship provides me with these opportunities to grow and develop, both personally and professionally. The team understands the importance of a meaningful experience and therefore, invests time and resources into the development of each fellow.

The administrative fellowship at the Central Illinois Division of HSHS is an experience unlike any other. From day one, the CID team has welcomed me with open arms. This team is motivated to provide opportunities that are valuable for each fellow. Each fellow's experience is customized to their interests, strengths, and even weaknesses. During my time, I have been exposed to operational, financial, and strategic plans at the system, division, and local ministry level. This type of unique exposure is not only continuing my education but also helping me develop into a strong leader.
