HSHS Good Shepherd Hospital administration took on the Mission Possible challenge for October by teaming with Shelbyville Manor and Hawthorne Inn to collect coats and cold weather items for their 10th annual coat drive October 11 from 2– 4 p.m.
The following items are being collected: coats, hats, gloves, scarves, shoes, snow boots and snow suits. All sizes from infant to adults will be accepted. New and gently used items are welcome.
Donations can be dropped off at the Shelbyville Manor or HSHS Good Shepherd front desks. Deadline for donations is October 8.
Anyone in need of a coat or shoes for the winter, please attend the drive. It will be in the Bounce Back gym at Shelbyville Manor.
Each month, departments within the hospital take on the Mission Possible task of highlighting the hospital’s mission and core values to the community.
