Colleague of the Month

Jessica Jacobs, CMA (AAMA), treats patients as if they were family. She is known for greeting everyone with a warm heart and great smile, which makes patients feel welcome and at home in the office, ensuring they feel safe and at ease with the care we provide. Jessica works every day to make people feel better about themselves and have a healthy life. Because she is always willing to assist her fellow colleagues and other provider offices, Jessica helps create a great team atmosphere. 
 
Jessica says her favorite part of her job is “communicating with the patients, building relationships with them so that they know when they need something, I will work with the provider to get what they need as soon as possible.” Jessica lives by the Golden Rule and is inspired by her twin sons. When not working, she spends time with them and her family by finding new things to do around town or in St. Louis, and she also loves to watch cooking shows.
