HSHS Medical Group Awards Colleague of the Month to Ann Stuhlsatz

HSHS Medical Group is pleased to award Ann Stuhlsatz with our April Colleague of the Month Award. Ann works as a patient representative in the Family Medicine department of our O’Fallon, Illinois, office. Ann’s primary responsibilities include working with patients both in person and on the phone to facilitate their access to the health care providers at HSHS Medical Group.
 
The Colleague of the Month is chosen from nominations submitted by fellow HSHS Medical Group team members. Ann’s nomination included the following quote about her dedication to the patients she serves, “I cannot think of a Patient Service Representative I have worked with through the HSHS organization that is a better role model of compassion and exemplary work ethic than Ann.”
 
“I am honored and humbled to receive this recognition,” said Ann. “I’d like to thank my parents and my former manager, Shelly Kohrmann, for instilling a strong work ethic and helping me develop my customer service skills to be the best I can be for our patients.”
 
Ann and her husband of 32 years, Jack, have four children and three grandchildren. When not with the grandchildren or making our patients feel special, Ann can be found gardening, bonding with her pets or crocheting.
