HSHS Medical Group Awards Colleague of the Month to Maria Rose, MA

The Colleague of the Month is chosen from nominations submitted by fellow HSHS Medical Group team members. "Maria has become the all-around contact person in our clinic, she helps wherever she is needed, on the phones, front desk, rooming, etc. On busy days, her positive attitude helps keep our team motivated and she is great about encouraging others. You can tell she has a passion for the medical field because she always shows that she cares through her constant joy."

Her favorite part of her job is building relationships with patients and making them feel welcomed and safe. "I feel I connect with patients daily and try to go above and beyond to fulfill their needs," says Maria. "I appreciate my job and the opportunities that I have with this company and look forward to growth opportunities. I try to live the mission and core values all day and every day to ensure I have a positive impact on patients."

When away from work, Maria enjoys being a mom, making crafts, remodeling projects and spending time outside riding her bike.
