HSHS Medical Group Welcomes Jon Jacobson, DO, MPH

HSHS Medical Group is pleased to welcome Jon Jacobson, DO, MPH, to their medical team. Dr. Jacobson sees patients at HSHS Medical Group Occupational Health & LeadWell, located at 1512 N. Green Mount Rd., Suite 108, in O’Fallon, Illinois.
 
Dr.  Jacobson received his medical degree from Ohio University College of Osteopathic Medicine in Athens, Ohio. He performed an occupational and environmental medicine residency at Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences in Bethesda, Maryland, where he also earned a master’s degree in public health. Dr. Jacobson is a member of the American College of Occupational and Environmental Medicine.
 
As a physician with HSHS Medical Group Occupational Health, Dr. Jacobson offers a customized, complete package of occupational health services, including work-related injuries, pre-employment screening, employee health and random drug screening.
