HSHS Medical Group Welcomes Michele Hartke, APRN, and Amanda Stroud, APRN

HSHS Medical Group is pleased to welcome Michele Hartke, APRN, and Amanda Stroud, APRN, to their medical team. Michele and Amanda see patients at HSHS Medical Group Family Medicine – Effingham, located at 900 W. Temple Ave. Building B, Suite 1500, Effingham, Illinois.
 
As primary care providers, Michele and Amanda will care for patients of all ages and offer a variety of services, including minor procedures, general wellness care, well-child exams, well-woman exams and chronic illness management. As advanced practice registered nurses (APRNs), they are highly trained health care professionals fully capable of diagnosing and treating acute and chronic conditions, as well as prescribing medications.
 
Michele completed her bachelor’s and master’s in nursing at Southern Illinois University at Edwardsville. In her free time she enjoys health and fitness; spending time outdoors; spending time with family and friends; traveling; and watching her son participate in sports.
 
Amanda completed her bachelor’s in nursing at Chamberlain College of Nursing in Downers Grove, Illinois. She earned her master’s in nursing at Indiana Wesleyan University in Marion, Indiana. In her free time she enjoys health and fitness; spending time with family; traveling the world; and watching her children participate in sports.
