Mindfulness Meditation Group

Wednesdays, 6:30 – 7:30 PM (Beginning October 20) ONLINE only

This is an ongoing, drop-in class open to anyone who has taken a class or workshop about Mindfulness either through Mind-Body Health Services or some other provider.  Each evening will include guided mindfulness meditation, a reflection on some aspect of Mindfulness and opportunity for Questions and Discussion.
