Relax and Renew Meditation Circle

Every Tuesday | 12 to 12:30 p.m.

Beginning March 15 participants have the options of attending the Meditation Circle in-person or online using the Zoom platform.  

The in person meeting is held in the Chapel Annex at HSHS St. John's Hospital.  Those participating must wear a mask as the requirement for health care settings is in place. 

Online participation continues as usual.

Take 30 minutes out of your busy week to calm your mind and refresh your body. The format includes gentle stretching, guided meditations, and reflections that highlight using the mind-body connection to enhance health and well-being. To learn more about this free service, email

Mindfulness Meditation Group

2nd and 4th Wednesdays of the month | 6 to 7 p.m. | ONLINE ONLY

This is an ongoing, drop-in class open to anyone who has taken a class or workshop about Mindfulness either through Mind-Body Health Services or some other provider.  Each evening will include guided mindfulness meditation, a reflection on some aspect of Mindfulness and opportunity for Questions and Discussion.

This is an online, drop-in group open to anyone who has taken the Mind-Body Health class Unwinding Anxiety or Don't Diet, Eat Mindfully, are using any of the app based programs Craving to Quit, Unwinding Anxiety or Eat Right Now or read The Craving Mind or Unwinding Anxiety by Jud Brewer, MD, PhD.
