HSHS is working with our physician partners to provide the patients we serve with a seamless, highly integrated experience that is efficient and allows for easy access to care. Our efforts around Care Integration involve breaking down the traditional barriers that prevent coordination between various clinicians by embracing medical information technology and applying evidence-based practices to the diagnosis and treatment of our patients. 

Our Physician Care Integration Network (PCIN) gives HSHS the ability to effectively partner with physicians and provide high quality care in a highly effective manner.
