HSHS hospitals and clinics are providing vaccines to residents age 12 and up. In most cases, appointments are required to receive a vaccination. Please search for a vaccine clinic near you to view specific requirements for vaccination and vaccine availability.

Illinois residents may also call 1-844-216-4707 to schedule an appointment.
