Andrew Barth



Andrew Barth serves as president and CEO of HSHS Sacred Heart Hospital and joined the organization in March 2021. He currently serves as president of the Sacred Heart Hospital Board of Directors. Barth has a Bachelor of Science with Honors in Healthcare Administration and Informatics from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and a Master of Health Administration from the University of Iowa. He is a Wisconsin native who has worked in health care organizations serving Wisconsin, Indiana, and Colorado, including key markets in Milwaukee, Indianapolis, and Denver, and central Wisconsin at Aspirus Health.

Jeff Halloin



Jeff Halloin currently serves as chair of the board for both hospitals. Mr. Halloin received his Bachelor of Arts degree from St. Olaf College and his law degree from Northwestern University School of Law. He was admitted to the bar in Wisconsin and Illinois and specializes in Finance and Real Estate development. He is currently the President and CEO of Charter Bankshares, Inc., the parent company of Charter Bank. He is also the President of his family businesses, Landmark Company and Landstar Builders, Inc.. In addition, he serves as the secretary of the Redevelopment Authority of the City of Eau Claire.

Michelle Farrow


Michelle is the Workforce Development Coordinator at the Chippewa Falls Area Chamber of Commerce in Chippewa Falls. She is actively involved as a community volunteer in Chippewa Falls and also serves on the Board of Directors for Catholic Charities of the Diocese of La Crosse.   She holds a bachelor’s degree in journalism with a focus on public relations from the University of Wisconsin – Madison.

Laura Talley


Laura recently retired from BMO Harris Bank where she served as Market President and specialized in middle market commercial banking. She is experienced in real estate development and management, acquisitions, and financial analysis. Laura serves on the Board and Executive Committee of the Eau Claire Area Chamber of Commerce and is the past board chair for the Chamber and the Eau Claire Community Foundation. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from UWEC and a MBA from California State University-Fullerton. 

Tina Nazier


Tina Nazier is the Health Care Strategic Alignment Director for Wipfli LLP in Eau Claire. She served as an Advisory Council member at Sacred Heart Hospital for a number of years and is very engaged in the Eau Claire community. She holds a bachelor’s degree in management and master of business administration from Cardinal Stritch University.

Patti Darley


Patti Darley is an active community volunteer in Chippewa Falls. Prior to retirement, she worked as a project coordinator at Xcel Energy in the strategic sales and marketing department, customer service/public relations focused. She holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Marquette University.

Greg Heiler, M.D.


Dr. Greg Heiler is a board certified anatomic and clinical pathologist with Pathology Service Corporation. He has served on the Sacred Heart Hospital Board of Directors since 2010. Dr. Heiler holds a bachelor’s degree in biology from Luther College in Decorah, Iowa. He earned his medical degree from the University of Minnesota, also completing his pathology residency at the University of Minnesota.

Sister Bernadine Gutowski, O.S.F.


Sister Bernadine Gutowski is a member of Hospital Sisters of the Third Order of St. Francis. Her current role is performing vocation ministry for her community in the Chicago area. Sister Bernadine has served in a leadership role for the community and on boards of other HSHS hospitals in Wisconsin and Illinois. She holds a Business Administration degree from St. Norbert College in DePere, WI and a master’s degree in business administration from Xavier University in Cincinnati.

Andrew Bagnall

Andy currently services as the President and CEO of HSHS Wisconsin.  The Wisconsin Division includes six hospitals; HSHS St. Vincent and HSHS St. Mary’s Hospital Medical Center in Green Bay; HSHS St. Nicholas Hospital in Sheboygan; HSHS St. Clare Memorial Hospital in Oconto Falls; HSHS Sacred Heart Hospital in Eau Claire; and HSHS St. Joseph Hospital in Chippewa Falls; as well as partnerships with Door County Medical Center, Prevea Health multispecialty clinics and Prevea360 Health Plan.  Andy began his HSHS career in 2010 as the President & CEO of HSHS St. Nicholas Hospital in Sheboygan.  He earned his Master’s in Health Administration from St. Ambrose University in Davenport, Iowa and is a fellow of the American Colleague of Healthcare Executives.
