Hold a virtual walk/run to raise money for the hospitals! Put on your Fitbit or other device and take a walk or run outside (keeping safe distance from others). Or, hop on your treadmill or elliptical. Find people to support you at a penny a step or every 10 steps.
Rally your friends and family to take part, either as a participant or a backer. If you got 10 people to support you and 10 people to walk with you—and they found 10 to suppor t them, and so on and so on, you could make a HUGE DIFFERENCE during this crisis!
