HSHS St. Anthony’s Foundation recently received a $1,685 donation from Roger’s Home Appliance for the Real Men Wear Pink campaign in October for breast cancer awareness. The donation will go towards HSHS St. Anthony’s Women’s Wellness Center to support their patients. Shown left to right are Michael Wall, St. Anthony’s director of philanthropy; Roger Beccue, Roger’s Home Appliance; and Ashley Davis, St. Anthony’s Women’s Wellness nurse navigator.
The donation was a portion of the funds raised through a raffle that Roger’s Home Appliance held during October. Raffle prizes included the Grand Prize of a Speed Queen Washer and Dryer, second prize of a pink quilt with a pink ribbon, and third prize of tickets to a Cardinals baseball game. Proceeds from the raffle benefitted HSHS St. Anthony’s Women’s Wellness Center, Crossroads Cancer Center and the Woo-Hoo Sisterhood.
