Lisa Miller, RN, BSN, CPHQ, was recently named the Quality Facilitator at HSHS St. Anthony’s Memorial Hospital.   In this new role, she will be assisting with focused and ongoing professional practice evaluation for physicians and advance practice providers, compiling reports on patient experience, compiling the monthly Patient Value Scorecard and supporting the HSHS Southern Illinois Division with facilitating the monthly Quality Close.  She will also participate in special projects as needed. 
 
Miller received her Associate’s Degree in Nursing in 2003 at Lincoln Land Community College and began her career in the Emergency Room at Taylorville Memorial Hospital.  In 2011, she began working at Shelby Memorial Hospital (now HSHS Good Shepherd Hospital) in Quality Improvement, Risk Management and Physician Credentialing.  She recently transferred from HSHS Good Shepherd Hospital to join the Quality team at St. Anthony’s. 
 
She received her Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from Southern Illinois University – Edwardsville where she graduated with Magna Cum Laude honors in May 2015.  A few months later, she added the role of Rural Health Clinic Manager to her job description.  She is a Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ).
