St. Anthony’s Diabetes Self-Management Education and Support Program is designed to enhance the skills of those with diabetes in an effort to achieve successful health-related outcomes. The program offers comprehensive, high-quality, multidisciplinary diabetes education for people with Type 1, Type 2, Gestational diabetes, pre-diabetes and secondary forms of diabetes.
