Our O'Fallon Medical Building houses many same-day services and additional physician offices to help you make the most of your time while receiving the same patient-centered care provided at our main campus location.

Services you will find at our O’Fallon location include:

• St. Elizabeth's Hospital Convenient Care: (618)  624-3750
• Imaging Services: (618)  222-4639
  • Computerized Tomography (CT) by appointment only. CT is a specialized form of diagnostic radiology, which is used to confirm or clarify findings from other X-ray studies.
  • Mammograms by appointment only. Full field 3D mammograms offer high-resolution results and lower exposure to X-ray. Medicare does not require a physician's prescription or referral for screening mammography.
  • X-rays (non-emergent) Walk-in or by appointment. Physician's referral needed. Hours: 8 a.m. to  7 p.m., 7 days a week.
  • Open MRI by appointment only. HSHS St. Elizabeth's Open MRI offers an open MRI technology. Hours: Monday-Friday, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
