(O’FALLON, IL)  – HSHS St. Elizabeth’s Hospital announced the launch of a new service for patients that can be used even before the patient reaches the door. A new, complimentary valet parking service launched Monday, October 22 for patients with scheduled appointments. This free service is available from 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, for patients entering the Outpatient Services lobby and the Health Center building.

The hospital has contracted with Clayton Valet and Parking Management to provide prompt, curbside parking assistance to enhance the overall patient experience.

Valet services can make hospital visits more convenient and less stressful for patients, especially those who may have health issues or difficulty walking.

“Our top focus is always patient care, quality and safety and by adding a new amenity like valet parking, we can further assist patients, especially those who may have mobility issues, to safely and quickly get to their care area,” said Patti Fischer, St. Elizabeth’s president and CEO. “This service also offers us a chance to make an initial care connection, with the patients who we are privileged to serve, and is an extension of how we provide patients with the best experience at St. Elizabeth’s Hospital, inside and out of our building.”
