HSHS Home Health Illinois provides care for recovering, disabled, chronically or terminally ill persons. There are no restrictions by diagnosis or age group.

​Home health is a covered benefit under Medicare, Medicaid and most private insurance plans. Depending on your age, diagnosis or ability to pay, you may qualify for programs administered by the state of Illinois. Patients may also pay privately for home health services.
