Stroke Survivors Support Group

This group is now meeting via Zoom on the first Wednesday of each month from 2 -3 p.m. via Zoom.

This support group is for stroke surviviors who are still in the workforce, are raising a family or have other typical mid-life obligations and responsibilities. The group will share the challenges and successes of getting back into the daily swing while adjusting to a “new normal.” Many survivors share similar injuries and, through support, will discover inspiration and improved recovery outcomes. The group will also learn about stroke treatments.

Grief Support Group 


Join us for a grief support group for any type of loss. Ages 21 and older.

Dealing with Feelings Pregnancy and Postpartum Support Group


This is a safe place where pregnant women and moms can find support, comfort, encouragement and learn new coping skills. Babies are welcome. 

The group meets in the Women and Children's Clinic located at 400 North Ninth Street, directly across from HSHS St. John's Children's Hospital, in the first floor conference room, classroom 2 (1030B). No reservations or referrals are needed to attend.To learn more, please visit the Parent Helpline
