The wide variety of programs and services from Mind-Body Health Services can help you take control of your health. Formerly known as the Center for Living, our goal is to help people achieve optimal health and quality of life. Program facilitator is Bridget Rolens, MA, BSOT, CLMT.

- Mindfulness: Building Skills. Wednesdays, 6 - 7 p.m., Nov. 18 - Dec. 16
- Morning of Mindfulness: Nurturing an Attitude of Gratitude. Saturday, Nov. 21 or Sunday, Nov. 22, 9:30 a.m. - 12 noon.
