The wide variety of programs and services from Mind-Body Health Services can help you take control of your health. Formerly known as the Center for Living, our goal is to help people achieve optimal health and quality of life. Program facilitator is Bridget Rolens, MA, BSOT, CLMT.
Winter 2021 online offerings:
Guided Book Study: Meditation for Fidget Skeptics by Dan Harris and Jeff Warren. Wednesdays, 6 - 7:30 PM. January 27 - March 31. Mindfulness is an evidence-based method for building resilience and coping with stress. The facilitator will guide participants in developing mindfulness skills in an experiential/interactive environment. It is strongly recommended that participants use the book for supporting materials. Arrangements can be made to loan copies to those who do not wish to purchase their own.
