ECRI Trust Guidelines (formerly National Guidelines Clearinghouse) This link opens in a new window ECRI Guidelines Trust™ is a publicly available guideline repository created by the same team that developed and maintained the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality's National Guideline Clearinghouse™ for more than 20 years.

Elsevier Clinical Skills (nursing procedures) This link opens in a new window Step-by-step guides to over 1300 evidence-based procedures & skills for nursing. Includes video demos, illustrations, skills checklists, patient instructions, etc.
LactMed This link opens in a new window The LactMed® database contains information on drugs and other chemicals to which breastfeeding mothers may be exposed. It includes information on the levels of such substances in breast milk and infant blood, and the possible adverse effects in the nursing infant. Suggested therapeutic alternatives to those drugs are provided, where appropriate. All data are derived from the scientific literature and fully referenced. A peer review panel reviews the data to assure scientific validity and currency.

MEDLINE (Ovid) This link opens in a new window Premier database in medicine, nursing, dentistry, veterinary medicine, allied health, pre-clinical sciences. OVID Databases This link opens in a new window OVID databases includes full-text of a number of highly rated medical journals, LWW Nursing & Health Professions Premier includes 70 nursing journals, Evidence-Based Medicine Reviews (EBMR) combines 7 EMB resources in one searchable database (including Cochrane Database of Systematic Reviews, Health Technology Assessments, Database of Abstracts of Reviews of Effectiveness, ACP Journal Club and more).
