(Breese, IL) – The next meeting of the Breese Diabetes Support Group will take place Monday, January 8, at 6 p.m. in the Heritage Room at HSHS St. Joseph’s Hospital Breese.
 
Learn about oral hypoglycemic agents from Pharmacist Joel Tucker. He will discuss action, side effects, adverse effects, how they should be taken and when to contact your physician. There will also be a short question and answer session.
 
The Diabetes Support Group is open to those with diabetes and their family members. Caregivers are also invited. Reservations are strongly encouraged, and can be made by leaving the name and phone number for everyone attending at (618) 526-5743 or emailing the information to john.elliot@hshs.org.
