Diabetes Support Group will Discuss How to Eliminate Added Sugars on September 10 at HSHS St. Joseph’s Hospital Breese

(Breese, IL) – The next meeting of the Diabetes Support Group will take place Monday, September 10, 2018, at 6 p.m. in the Heritage Room at HSHS St. Joseph’s Hospital Breese.
Diabetes Support Group Meeting topic for September is "Eliminate Added Sugars." Kayla Barnes, R.D., L.D. will present on the importance of eliminating added sugars in your eating pattern, discuss daily limits for added sugars, and where added sugars most often come from.
