New Baden Office Update

The New Baden offices of Clinton County Rural Health affiliated with HSHS Medical Group and Immediate Care 365, located at 211 East Hanover, are temporarily closed.
HSHS St. Joseph’s Hospital Breese and HSHS Medical Group are committed to the New Baden community. Officials are working to recruit providers, as they reevaluate the clinic delivery model to best meet the needs of the residents of western Clinton and eastern St. Clair counties.
St. Joseph’s Hospital Outpatient Services are continuing to offer lab and x-ray services at the facility on a walk-in basis Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. Physical Therapy services will remain available by appointment on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 8:00 a.m. until 4:30 p.m. and on Tuesdays, 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon.
Available urgent care facilities in the area include: Immediate Care 365 at 14505 State Route 127 in Carlyle open 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. daily; St. Elizabeth’s Urgent Care in the O’Fallon Medical Building at 1512 North Green Mount Road open 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. daily; and St. Joseph’s PrimeCare at 12866 Troxler Avenue in Highland, open 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. daily.
