(Breese, IL) – HSHS St. Joseph’s Hospital Breese proudly welcomed Esme Marie Findley as the first baby born at the hospital in 2018.  She was born at 11:07 a.m. on Monday, January 1 at St. Joseph’s, weighing 6 pounds and was 19½ inches long.  Esme’s proud parents are Curtis and Ashley Findley of Salem, Illinois. She is also welcomed by her four older brothers and her grandparents, Rusty and Jana Powless, and Roger and Laura Findley.
St. Joseph’s Women and Infants Center presented her parents with a gift basket of baby items along with a gift card from the Breese Lions Club, a onesie, gift card and soft cooler from Dairy King, and a gift card from Popeye’s Chop House. St. Joseph’s Auxiliary also donated a handmade blanket, bonnet and booties.
