HSHS St. Joseph's Auxiliary offers used book and Bake Sale

With fall here and the holiday season approaching, the Auxiliary at HSHS St. Joseph’s Hospital in Breese will now have used books, puzzles, DVDs and occasionally baked goods for sale from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. every Thursday in the hospital Cafeteria Hallway, excepting holidays, Auxiliary and hospital events.
 
Used books and other items were only offered alternating weeks during the summer.

In addition, Volunteer Services will host a Bake Sale from 8 a.m. until sold out on Friday, Nov. 3, in the Cafeteria Hallway. 

Also featured that day will be selected Christmas and craft items and some used books, DVDs, puzzles, etc. The Auxiliary will not host a Christmas Bazaar this year.

Seasonal items – including many new items, quilts, tickets for the Thursday, Dec. 21, quilt raffle, selected used books, puzzles and other items are also available in the hospital Gift Shop.

The Dec. 21 raffle will feature a 36-inch by 59-inch “Baby Love” quilt and a 98-inch by 108-inch Cardinal and Holly print quilt. Both are on display outside the Gift Shop near the Information Desk at the front entrance of the hospital.
