Our health care experts help cardiac patients improve the quality of their lives by emphasizing exercise and education.
Phase II
This medically prescribed program is for patients who have been discharged from the hospital. The group meets three days a week for 12 weeks.
Phase III
This maintenance exercise program is for patients who:

have just completed Phase II cardiac rehabilitation;
-
have known heart disease or risk factors for heart disease; and/or
-
have been referred by their physician.
Patients in this medically supervised program receive an exercise prescription. They have the opportunity to improve or maintain their cardiovascular fitness, flexibility, muscle strength and endurance.
Phase III classes are held Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at 7:30 am; 9 am; 10:30 am; 12:30 pm; 2:30 pm; and 4-6 pm.
