We are committed to delivering vaccines as quickly as possible, as well as providing you with updated and transparent information about the distribution process. Please keep in mind that vaccine supplies are based on allocations from the State.

HSHS St. Joseph's Hospital Breese currently does not have vaccines allotted to them for vaccinating the community. We are staying in close contact with the local health department and will support their efforts.

How to Register for Your COVID-19 Vaccination
 

If you LIVE or WORK in Clinton County, you can register with the Clinton County Health Department to be added to COVID-19 vaccination list. To be added to the list to receive a vaccine, please fill out this online form https://form.jotform.com/210177925846059 or call (618) 594-6622.

Why should I get the COVID-19 vaccine? 

Receiving the COVID-19 vaccine is the best way to combat the disease. There is a light at the end of the tunnel, and we need all the help we can get in fighting COVID-19. That is why we continue to ask you to wear a mask and social distance as well as get your COVID-19 vaccine when it becomes available to you.

Who is eligible during Phases 1A and 1B?

Vaccines are currently only available to individuals in either Phase IA (health care workers and residents of long-term care facilities) or Phase IB (those who are 65 or older, or 16+ who have at least one specified medical condition that puts them at high risk of severe COVID-19 complications. If you have any questions regarding your eligibility, please speak with your health care provider.

Do I need an appointment to get vaccinated? 

Yes. You will need to sign up with the Clinton County Health Department first. What if all the appointments are taken?

We know many of you are eager to get vaccinated, and right now the demand for vaccine is greater than the supply. Please continue to monitor our website and the local health departments website.
