Hospital Leadership

HSHS St. Joseph's Hospital is part of the Wisconsin division of Hospital Sisters Health System (HSHS). The Wisconsin division consists of hospitals in Chippewa Falls, Eau Claire, Green Bay, Sheboygan, and Oconto Falls, under the leadership and direction of Andy Bagnall, President and CEO, HSHS Wisconsin.

Servant Leadership

HSHS St. Joseph's Hospital has created a family of colleagues based on a philosophy advocated by Robert Greenleaf, called Servant Leadership. For over 15 years, we have committed ourselves to a workplace in which human values are encouraged and cooperation, rather than competition, rules the day. For more information about Servant Leadership and training opportunities, please contact us.

Annual Reports

Our HSHS Wisconsin annual report is a summary of our achievements and an active means of highlighting the vital role our hospitals have within the communities we serve. As part of our Franciscan mission to serve the sick and the poor, and improve the health and wellness of our communities, we give thanks for the values that inspire and guide us as we make a positive difference in the lives of those whom we are called to serve.

Each year, we celebrate our accomplishments and we invite you to read our latest annual report to learn more.

Community Health Improvement Plan (CHIP)

Facilitated by HSHS St. Joseph's Hospital, a Board of local citizens representing schools, churches, businesses, health and medical facilities, senior citizens, government, legal agencies, and the public at large meet to create better health in Chippewa Falls. Their goal is to develop and implement collaborative activities directly aimed at improving the health stats and quality of life in Chippewa County. Some of those initiatives include increasing access to oral health care of the uninsured and underinsured, promotion and education of Advance Directives and addressing the obesity epidemic in our community. Read more information about CHIP.
