Since 1994, HSHS St. Joseph's Hospital has hosted Chippewa Health Improvement Partnership (formally called Chippewa Falls 2000/2010). With representatives from schools, churches, businesses, medical facilities, senior citizens, government and legal agencies, CHIP initiatives have strived to enhance the quality of life for residents of Chippewa County.

Chippewa Health Improvement Partnership is a collaborative endeavor striving to enhance the quality of life through educational and preventative initiatives advocating wellness and good health, broadly defined.

Chippewa Health Improvement Partnership exists because of the generous donation of time and services from volunteers and the financial and in-kind support from individuals, foundations, organizations and HSHS St. Joseph's Hospital. Your participation in CHIP and any of its many projects is welcomed.
