Patient Satisfaction

If you have a concern about safety or quality of patient care please contact us at (715) 717-7200.

We survey our patients and ask them to tell us how we're doing. Press Ganey Associates, a national survey and benchmarking organization, measures our patient's satisfaction using detailed standardized questions. Our data is then compared with hospitals across the country. This information helps us continually improve the safety and quality experience of patient care at HSHS St. Joseph's Hospital.

Patient Safety

If a matter concerning the safety or quality of patient care provided at our hospital is not resolved after contacting our Administrative Office, you may report your concerns directly to the Bureau of Quality Compliance at 1-608-266-8481 or the Joint Commission Office at (800) 994-6610.

Accreditations

The Joint Commission (TJC) is the nation's preeminent hospital accreditation body and an independent, not-for-profit organization. They evaluate and accredit more than 16,000 healthcare organizations and programs in the US. Their standards are regarded as the most rigorous in the industry to recognize the highest level of quality patient care. In fact, the Gold Seal of Approval demonstrates compliance with the most stringent standards of hospital performance. To earn and maintain accreditation, our hospital must undergo an on-site TJC survey at least every three years.

American College of Radiology (ACR) and Food and Drug Administration (FDA) accredited Mammography Program.

College of American Pathologists (CAP) accredited Laboratory.
