Discovery Group for Parkinson’s disease
April 15, 2019
(Highland, IL) – HSHS St. Joseph’s Hospital Highland invites the community to attend a Parkinson’s Discovery Group on Tuesday, April 23 from 2:00 – 3:00 p.m. in the Hospital’s Sullivan Room. This group provides an opportunity to learn/share helpful information, support each other in dealing with Parkinson’s disease related issues, and to connect with others with similar concerns.
“With April being Parkinson’s Awareness month, we want to remind the community about this group,” said Kayla Toennies, MOT, OTR/L, with the Outpatient Rehabilitation Department at St. Joseph’s Highland. “There are many people in our communities living with this disease and we hope this group can provide the information and support they need.”
