August 13, 2018
HSHS St. Mary's Hospital has been hard at work improving our hospital campus to benefit our patients, colleagues and visitors. Check out some of the capital projects coming to St. Mary's in near future.
We are nearly finished with our $9 million renovation of the intensive care unit (ICU). The new ICU will be able to hold 12 patients and their family as well as provide a much better healing environment. The ICU will more than double in size and will move from the second floor to the fourth floor.
Another project well on it's way is the new medical office building on the west side of St. Mary's campus that will hold the HSHS Medical Group Multi-Specialty Care clinic. This is a $12 million project and is expected to be completed by next summer. This facility will allow patient-first care by providding a modern, spacious and family-friendly design.
Additionally, the hospital is making significant capital investments in the cardiovascular lab and exploring an extensive remodel of our patient tower.
As you can see, St. Mary's Hospital is building for the future and we hope that we are your first choice for your health care services.
