HSHS St. Mary’s Hospital Hosts Four-Part Spirituality Series

This spring, Sister Anna Phiri, a Hospital Sister of the Third Order of St. Francis, explores the familiar topic of forgiveness and challenges the common belief that we need to forget past hardships.
This four-part series is held weekly in the Assisi Room at HSHS St. Mary’s Hospital from 6 to 7:30 p.m. starting Tuesday, April 11, through Tuesday, May 2.
Forgiveness is a wise suggestion and a necessary command in many spiritual circles. However, can remembering painful events and feelings help us, while trying to forget them possibly hurt us? Join us each of the four evenings for this delightful and inspiring time with Sister Anna Phiri.
Sister Anna has a master’s degree in theology and a certificate in spiritual direction. She has directed retreats across the world including Africa, Canada and the United States.
