The Share Holiday Memorial Service remembers and honors babies who have died during pregnancy, at birth or in early infancy. Please join us for this special memorial service in the HSHS St. Mary’s Hospital Chapel on Wednesday, December 6, at 6 p.m.

Karla Thornton, a spiritual care minister at St. Mary’s, says this service is very meaningful for those families who have lost an infant. “The Share Holiday Memorial Service is a tradition which brings many families together as one, honoring the lives we love so dearly, and which were gone too soon,” said Thornton.

Thornton encourages families to bring a reading, photograph or reflection to share. We also encourage families to bring an ornament to place on the Share holiday tree in memory of their child.

Share is a support group dedicated to comforting and assisting families who have experienced the loss of babies and infants. St. Mary's Hospital is committed to delivering quality healthcare while offering healing, hope and compassion to all in need, with an expression of love and reference for life.
