Lake Shore Connection

Lake Shore Connection is a senior program of HSHS St. Mary's Hospital focused on individuals 55 and older that provides empowering information, enlivening connections and a new community of friends, enabling you to stay productive, healthy and independent well into the future.

Research shows that 80% of individuals over 55 are concerned about their health and well-being. St. Mary's recognizes that need in Decatur and provides the Lake Shore Connection program to you as a resource.
