Sheboygan – HSHS St. Nicholas Hospital in Sheboygan is pleased to announce Johannah Wenig, MBA, as director of the HSHS St. Nicholas Hospital Foundation.

As a not-for-profit, Catholic-based health care organization committed to serving all patients regardless of their ability to pay, HSHS St. Nicholas Hospital relies on the Foundation to help raise money for various enhancements to patient care. This includes the addition of new technology and services at HSHS St. Nicholas Hospital. As director, Wenig will lead all of the Foundation’s fundraising efforts.

“Johannah brings a wealth of experience in fundraising, as well as a commitment to success in a faith-based, mission-driven environment,” said Justin Selle, president and CEO at HSHS St. Nicholas Hospital. “We are honored she has accepted our invitation to serve our Franciscan healing ministry.”

Wenig comes to HSHS St. Nicholas Hospital from Awana International, a global organization that equips volunteers in churches in around the world with evangelism and discipleship solutions. As the organization’s acquisition manager, she managed a team responsible for raising $2.5 million annually. Wenig completed a Bachelor of Arts degree at Moody Bible Institute and an MBA at Judson University.
