Green Bay – HSHS St. Vincent Hospital will host free, virtual classes this winter to prepare mothers and families for breastfeeding success.
The classes will be offered via Zoom and led by a certified lactation consultant from HSHS St. Vincent Hospital’s Women and Infants Center. With three opportunities to tune in, you can choose the date that works for you:
- Jan. 10, 2023 ▪ 5:30 to 8 p.m.
- Feb. 2, 2023 ▪ 5:30 to 8 p.m.
- March 13, 2023 ▪ 5:30 to 8 p.m.
Topics discussed will range from the benefits of breastfeeding; how to know if baby is getting enough milk; breast milk storage tips; when to feed baby; and different breastfeeding positions.
