Green Bay – HSHS St. Vincent Children’s Hospital and Prevea Health are pleased to welcome
Pradeep Prakash, MD, to care for patients at HSHS St. Vincent Children’s Hospital in Green Bay.
Dr. Prakash is a board-certified and fellowship-trained pediatric intensivist specializing in pediatric critical care. He provides advanced care for hospitalized children from birth to adolescence and beyond that require general or complex specialized care for medical treatment or surgery. He also provides care for children that require sedation to help them remain safe and comfortable while undergoing a diagnostic or otherwise painful procedure.
HSHS St. Vincent Children’s Hospital offers a wide spectrum of clinical diagnostics, critical care treatments, state-of-the-art technologies and a specialized pediatric sedation program.
“I truly believe children are our future,” said Dr. Prakash. “It is a privilege and rewarding experience to care for children when they are sick, and to help them get better and stay healthy.”
Dr. Prakash graduated medical school at Sri Devaraj Urs Medical College in Kolar, India, and completed a residency in pediatrics at Flushing Hospital Medical Center in New York. He also completed a fellowship in pediatric critical care at the University of Iowa Children’s Hospital.
Dr. Prakash is certified in Pediatrics and Pediatric Critical Care Medicine by the American Board of Pediatrics.
