Prevea Welcomes Pediatrician, Dr. Sam Hofman

Green Bay – Prevea Health is pleased to welcome Dr. Sam Hofman, a board-certified pediatrician, to care for patients at the Prevea East De Pere Health Center, 3860 Monroe Rd.; and the Prevea West De Pere Health Center, 1686 Eisenhower Rd.
Dr. Hofman offers a variety of key services at both De Pere locations, including:
Dr. Hofman graduated medical school at University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health in Madison and completed residency at Advocate Lutheran General Children’s Hospital in Park Ridge, Ill. He is certified by the American Board of Pediatrics.
“As a pediatrician, I believe in a proactive approach to prevent problems before they happen,” says Dr. Hofman. “Patients can expect that I will listen to them, formulate an assessment and create a plan with them based on the latest research and evidence.”
