Description

Plan, direct or coordinate medical services in office and clinical setting. Responsible for the day-to-day on site running of the assigned area of service.
Primary duty includes managing four or more departments, specialties and clinics and regularly directing the work of assigned areas.
Education Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field is required.
  • Master's Degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field is preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent plus 5 years of clinical leadership experience may be considered in lieu of degree.

Experience Qualifications

  • 3 years of experience in a clinic setting is required.
  • 3 years of progressively more responsible leadership experience is required.

A successful candidate's actual pay rate will be based on several factors including relevant experience, skills, training, certifications and education.
