Pay Range:
$26.80 - $40.20
A successful candidate's actual pay rate will be based on several factors including relevant experience, skills, training, certifications and education.
Hospital Sisters Health System (HSHS) is seeking a Supervisor-Physician Enterprise Facilities to join our team. The Supervisor-Physician Enterprise Facilities collaborates with leadership in the planning, directing, and coordinating of Maintenance Technicians and/or trade colleagues concerning activities with maintenance and construction of the building and grounds.

Education Qualifications
- Associates degree in facilities maintenance, facilities management or related field is required.
- May consider 2 years of equivalent college coursework in a related trade of maintenance field; completion of a trade apprenticeship (i.e., HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Electronics, Clinical Engineering); or 3 years healthcare facilities or maintenance experience in lieu of Associates degree.
Experience Qualifications
- 3 years of healthcare facilities or maintenance experience is required.
- 1 year of demonstrated leadership experience is required.
- 1 year of experience in a field such as HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Electronics, Clinical Engineering or related field is required.
Certifications, Licenses and Registrations
- Certification in a trade field such as (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Electronics, Clinical Engineering) is preferred.
- State certification under Mechanic Evaluation and Certification for Healthcare (MECH) or American Society of Healthcare Engineers (ASHE) is preferred.
- Infection Control Risk Assessment (ICRA) certification is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of construction procedures, including Interim Life Safety Measure (ILSM) is preferred.
