St. Elizabeth's Convenient Care is a better, faster and more comprehensive approach for patients needing urgent care who need a doctor after normal hours but do not necessarily need an emergency room. Convenient Care is now closer than ever. With experienced medical experts you know and trust, and more convenient evening and weekend hours, we're committed to delivering the highest level of care, right when you need it. The next time you're faced with an illness or minor injury and your doctor is unavailable, vist the one-stop clinic that was designed with your busy schedule in mind.

Virtual visits through AnytimeCare.com are also available 24/7 for minor medical issues or a COVID-19 assessment. It's easy and accessible.

 

Billing

 

Convenient Care services are provided by HSHS St. Elizabeth's Hospital in a provider-based outpatient department of our hospital. Under this designation, you are a hospital outpatient and services furnished as hospital outpatient department services. All services will be billed to your primary insurance plan, and if applicable, any secondary plans.

Patients in a hospital outpatient location will have two separate claims submitted to insurance. CLICK HERE for our information on Billing and Co-Insurance document.

  • Minor Cuts needing stitches
  • Earaches and eye infections
  • Fevers and flu

  • Skin rashes and infections

  • Sprains and strain
  • Stomach ailments
  • Urinary tract infections
  • Vomiting or diarrhea
  • And most other minor injuries and illnesses

COVID-19

  • Patient temperatures will be taken at the door and each person will be asked additional COVID-19 related screening questions.
