The wide variety of programs and services from Mind-Body Health Services can help you take control of your health. Our goal is to help people achieve optimal health and quality of life. Program facilitator is Bridget Rolens, MA, BSOT.

Join in a meditation group

Join the Relax and Renew meditation circle either online or in-person.

Relax and Renew meditation circle

Every Tuesday | 12 to 12:30 p.m.

Participants have the options of attending the Meditation Circle in-person or online using the Zoom platform.  

This is a free, drop-in class. Take 30 minutes out of your busy week to calm your mind and refresh your body. The format includes gentle stretching, guided meditations, and reflections that highlight using the mind-body connection to enhance health and well-being. The in person meeting is held in the Chapel Annex at HSHS St. John's Hospital.
