Quitting smoking is not about just breaking a “bad habit.” It is about changing your life so cigarettes are no longer a part of it. Our program “Stop Smoking ... Start Living” combines the app-based program Craving to Quit® and the individual support of a wellness coach. 

Craving to Quit® is a 21-day mindfulness-based wellness program based on a successful smoking cessation curriculum developed and tested at Yale and proven to be twice as effective as a leading quit smoking therapy.

Wellness coaching is by donation. The app can be purchased from the website https://www.cravingtoquit.com. The first three days are free. A one-month subscription is $24.99 with a 10% discount if purchased through the wellness coach.
