NEW for 2025: Telehealth Coverage and Cost Changes for HDHP Members
Lawmakers have not extended the COVID-19 telehealth relief, which allowed HDHPs to offer telehealth at no cost prior to meeting the required deductible. Barring a last-minute extension, telehealth services for HDHP enrollees must apply to the deductible like other non-preventive services starting January 1, 2025. Once you meet your deductible, these services will be covered at 100%.
