Retirement

The HSHS Retirement Program has multiple elements that reflect both the HSHS commitment to make significant employer contributions to your retirement savings and the opportunity for you to meet your own savings goals.

The HSHS retirement program includes the HSHS Employer Contribution Retirement Plan (“401(a) Plan”) and the HSHS 403(b) Retirement Savings Plan (“403(b) Plan”).

You direct how your accounts in the plans are invested by choosing from the investment options offered by Fidelity Investments, the recordkeeper and investment provider.

Earned Wage Access (EWA) Program

Pay on Demand
Access your money when you need it. With the Earned Wage Access (EWA) program you can make on-demand, secure, instant transfers of earned wages before payday, whenever, 24/7365. No credit check or pre-existing bank accounts needed.

What is EWA?
EWA is the simple, easy way for eligible colleagues to access pay as it is earned. See how much you make each day and access pay when it is needed instead of waiting for payday.
