We are excited to announce our newly reimagined wellness program!
The HSHS LiveWELL wellness program is here to support our colleague's total well-being so they can be the best version of themselves while focusing on providing high quality care to our patients, community, and fellow colleagues. Our new "wellness wheel" demonstrates how all the dimensions of well-being are interconnected.
LiveWELL encourages colleagues to adopt (or maintain) healthy lifestyle behaviors. By committing to total well-being, colleagues not only feel better, but also earn rewards!
Earn Rewards
Participants can earn FastCash rewards for completing activities. A set for FastCash opportunities will be available immediately at the beginning of each year, while others may be released throughout the year.
The FastCash reward incentive will replace the "points" tracking system, allowing for more opportunities to earn FastCash and giving colleagues more flexibility in how to participate and access to incentive rewards.
LiveWELL Portal
A new LiveWELL portal has been created so colleagues can easily access well-being information and participate in well-being activities for FastCash.
