This year, Hospital Sisters Health System (HSHS), headquartered in Springfield, Illinois with care locations in Wisconsin and Illinois, was honored to be among the esteemed organizations recognized for investing deeply in its people. HSHS does this by offering robust benefits, meaningful opportunities for professional and personal development, inclusive environments where employees feel valued doing mission-driven work, and providing resources that support true work-life balance. Beyond their walls, HSHS and others recognized also make a powerful difference in their communities through service initiatives and a strong commitment to social responsibility.
This is not the first time HSHS has been named to this prestigious list. Hospital Sisters Health System has been on this list for the past three years, 2024 through 2026.
“We are honored to be recognized among other well-respected institutions nationwide for our workplace atmosphere,” said Damond Boatwright, HSHS President and CEO. “Our Ministry is strong because of our colleagues and physicians, and we work hard to ensure opportunities for them to expand their horizons both professionally and personally.
